Shipping policy
Delivery times
Our goods are ready for shipment within 2-4 days, after that your package will be handed over to our shipping service provider. We offer the shipping of our goods by DHL GOGREEN. Standard shipping takes about 2-3 business days.
As soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirmation about the shipment by the respective shipping service provider. If your package does not arrive within a maximum of five working days (shipping within Germany) or within a maximum of fourteen working days (international shipping), please contact us at hallo@leevje.com.
Shipping costs
Delivery within Germany:
The shipping costs are 4.90 € (including VAT) and are charged for every delivery under 99 €. From a purchase value of 99 € we ship free of charge within Germany. Please note that delivery cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery within the EU:
The shipping costs for the following countries are a flat rate of EUR 9.90 (including VAT) and are generally charged for each delivery.Please note that delivery cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.

The shipping costs for the following countries are a flat rate of EUR 13.90 (including VAT) and are generally charged for every delivery. Please note that delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.
- France
- Great Britain
The shipping costs for the following countries are EUR 19.90 (including VAT) and will be charged for every delivery. Please note that delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.

Returns
As soon as we receive your return, we will credit the corresponding amount to your original form of payment within 14 days. It is important to note that in case of payment with Klarna, the total amount must always be transferred first. Only then we can refund the amount afterwards.
For returns there are costs of 3.90 €, which we deduct from the amount of the refund. You can find more information about this under the tab "Returns".

If you have returned your order partially or completely and paid with the payment method 'Klarna purchase on account', please register a return in your account under your order from us. This way Klarna will pause your invoice and you will not receive any payment requests. Once we have processed your return, Klarna will adjust the total amount and send you an email with the correct final amount.
