Delivery times

Our goods are ready for shipment within 2-4 days, after that your package will be handed over to our shipping service provider. We offer the shipping of our goods by DHL GOGREEN. Standard shipping takes about 2-4 business days.

As soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirmation about the shipment by the respective shipping service provider. If your package does not arrive within a maximum of seven business days (shipping within Germany) or within a maximum of fourteen business days (international shipping) despite confirmed shipping, please contact us at hallo@leevje.com. Please note that in case of high order volume, periods such as around Christmas, promotions or the like, shipping may be delayed.

Shipping

Shipping within Germany:

Shipping costs are 4.90 € (including VAT) and apply to any delivery under 99 €. From a purchase value of 99 € we ship free of charge within Germany and Austria. Otherwise the shipping costs to Austria are 6,90 €. Please note that delivery cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping within Europe:

The shipping costs for the following countries are a flat rate of 9,90 € (including the legal value added tax) and are generally charged for every delivery.. Please note that delivery cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.

The shipping costs for the following countries are 13,90 € (including VAT) and are generally charged for every delivery. Please note that delivery cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.

• France
• Great Britain

The shipping costs for the following countries are a flat rate of 19.90 € (including VAT) and are generally charged for every delivery. Please note that delivery cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.

Returns

Returns

We want you to be satisfied and therefore you can return unused and unwashed items with label and in original packaging within 14 days from delivery . On the fourteenth day at the latest, you must have dropped off the package at a drop-off station.

As soon as we receive your return, we will credit the corresponding amount to your original form of payment within 14 days. It is important to note that in case of payment with Klarna, the total amount must be transferred first. Only then we can refund the amount afterwards.

Return costs

The costs of the return we can not take over but we share with our customers. The cost is 3.90€. If you leave your return with us in the store, the return is free of charge.

As a sustainable family business and customers who shop consciously, our customers share the cost of returning their order. We don't want to make our items unnecessarily more expensive just to include the cost of all returns in our product. After all, you should be paying for your beautiful products and not for what may be a hypothetical return.

If you are not sure about a size, feel free to contact our customer service. We are always happy to help you and assist you in choosing your size.

Return costs for orders from abroad have to be paid completely by yourself.

Returns portal

In our returns portal you can easily register your return and select the items you want to return. You can then download the label that is automatically generated for you, print it out and attach it to your package.
