WHAT IS BAUMWOLLE?
Cotton is a natural fibre obtained from the seeds of the cotton plant. The graining machine separates the fibre from the seed. These are processed or replanted. Their shells are used for animal feed or for hen breeding. The cotton fibres, however, are pressed into bales, spun into yarns in cotton spinners and further processed in factories.

CHAPTER

  • Temperature and humidity regulator
  • Soft and skin friendly
  • Easy to care and resistant
  • Renewable raw material
  • Respiratory
  • Very absorbent
  • Light in weight

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WILL AND TREE WOOD?
Unlike cotton, wool or also called wool is obtained from sheep. The wool is washed and combed after shearing. Dark wool can be lightened by bleaching as required before it gets the desired appearance by dyeing. The next step of processing consists in spinning the wool to long, thin threads. This is done by using precise spinning machines, which are controlled electronically. The resulting thread forms the comb yarn, which can now be used for weaving, knitting or knotting.

CHAPTER

  • Take dirt badly
  • The fibre memory can absorb water vapour; the surface repels water and is therefore heat regulating
  • Leads moisture quickly
  • Antistatic

WHAT IS MERINOWOLLE?
Merino wool is a particularly high-quality form of wool. It is obtained from Merino sheep and is distinguished by its particular delicacy and softness. Merino wool has the same characteristics as wool, however, is much finer and softer so that it is particularly suitable for functional washing or sleep mode.

WHAT IS KASHMIR?
The cashmere wool (or also cashmere) is a very fine and soft natural fiber obtained from the skin of the cashmere goat. The genus Kashmir goats is found in white, grey, brown or black. She's part of the goat family. In their homeland, Kashmir wool has been around 1000. handcrafted into high-quality textiles. The main producer countries are China, Mongolia, Iran and the Central Asian Highlands. The highest quality cashmere comes from Inner Mongolia, which belongs to China. Under the special climatic conditions, the goats grow the precious underhair (flaum) particularly well.

CHAPTER

  • excellent thermal insulation
  • very good for moisture
  • very fine fibres
  • dirt and odour repellent
  • high tear resistance

WHAT IS HIGH?
Viscose is a natural fibre made of natural raw materials such as eucalyptus, pine and beech wood. These woods are cut into pieces and resins and other substances are cooked. The cellulose is cleaned and bleached into solid pulp plates. The plates are then transformed by a chemical process into a viscous spinning mass, creating an endless thread again. The fiber can be mixed with cotton, wool, linen or other fibres, but can also be used as a single fibre. Even if the production is expensive, it is very worthwhile because the viscose is so versatile and at the same time affordable.

CHAPTER

  • Natural soft
  • Antistatic
  • Silky shine and beautiful fall
  • Light-resistant
  • Compared to natural fibres, it can absorb significantly more moisture without feeling wet
  • Easy to colour

WHAT POLYAMID IS?
Polyamide fiber, also known as nylon, is a very light yet strong, durable and elastic fiber, which is also easy to maintain. Therefore, this fiber is perfect to increase the durability of other fibers used and is used especially frequently in compositions with natural fibers.

CHAPTER

  • Very elastic, abrasive and tear resistant
  • Moisturising
  • Low inclination to kneel
  • Floating case and lightweight
  • Easy use with other substances

WHAT IS POLYESTER?
The synthetic fiber polyester based on oil is obtained by a melting process. This creates an endless thread which is then used for further textile production. Natural fibres such as cotton with polyester are gladly used to keep the garment easy to maintain. Because polyester has excellent colour and washing properties, garments retain their seat and colour intensity.

CHAPTER

  • Soft and skin-like
  • Easy
  • Light-resistant
  • Rip-resistant and shape-resistant
  • Light and yet warm
  • Almost knitter-free

WHAT IS ELASTAN?
Elastan is a chemical fibre with a capacity of 500 - 700%. After stretching, it largely returns to its original state. Because of these properties, the use of Elastan is obvious. It is used as a fiber where high stretchability and shape stability are desired, i.e. in disposable stretchable garments, in bundles, socks, wool trunks, swimwear.

CHAPTER

  • Large elongation
  • Shape-resistance
  • High load capacity
  • Dry quickly
  • Easy
WHAT IS FSC-CERTIFIED HOLD?
FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council. It is an international certification system for more sustainable forest management. The wood of furniture, toys, books, school books or pencils with FSC seals comes from forests that are managed more responsibly. There are ten valid principles worldwide which must be respected by all FSC standards in the various countries. FSC certified forests and plantations, which are managed according to, among other things, stricter ecological and social principles. This should contribute to the long-term preservation of forests.
The main objective of the FSC is that the forests of our planet are used simultaneously more environmentally, socially and economically sustainable. The FSC (1993) was founded following the Rio Summit on the Environment and is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation. It brings together entrepreneurs from the timber and forestry industries, environmental associations, trade unions, representatives of civil society and indigenous peoples. All stakeholders involved in the forest are recognised on an equal footing here. This concept is reflected in the chamber structure of the organization: none of the three chambers can be superseded.
The FSC strives for transparency. Certified establishments should normally be inspected annually by independent experts on the spot and the results made public.
Since 1997, the FSC has also been established in Germany as a non-profit association. As a national initiative, the FSC Working Group Germany e.V. supports the FSC International Center based in Bonn and is responsible for the German FSC standard, which is based on the same ten principles, which also apply internationally.
